Inside Out: BBC1 North East & Cumbria

If you've been following Julia's Diary, you'll know that she worked with producer Andrew Hartley since April, doing a video diary, and being 'followed' on various projects, like running workshops with doctors, and doing poetry readings. She adds: "It's only a short film, part of INSIDE OUT which looks at different things going on in the North. I suppose it's about health and poetry and all the things I go on about. I am sure I will look quite mad and very unkempt!"

The programme was transmitted at 7.30pm on Monday 11th October 2004, on BBC1 in the North East and Cumbria. Even if you live in a different part of the UK, you can now visit the BBC website to read about the programme, including extracts from her video diaries, poems, and Julia's answers to viewers' questions.
